Gull Lake Center at Grand View Lodge
NORTHWOODS WARMTH and state-of-the-art technology
combine in this new addition to the historic Grand View Lodge on
Gull Lake in Nisswa, Minn. Open since June, the 30,000-square-foot
Gull Lake Center more than doubles the resort’s meeting and event
space. Inside, the flexible Grand Ballroom seats up to 516 attendees
for banquets and holds up to 688 attendees for receptions. Smaller
rooms, such as Lake Itasca and Lake Edward, hold 50 to 150 people
each. The lower level of the facility features the Headwaters Wine
Cellar (pictured), an intimate dining room stocked with more than
2,200 wine bottles (seating 50 guests). Including spaces in the Main
Lodge, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places,
and Norway Center, Grand View Lodge offers 17 unique rooms
for meetings and events. Grand View Lodge, set on 700 acres of
lakeside wilderness, also houses 200 guest rooms in its Main Lodge
and adjacent cabins.
